Seller ERP development & Walmart Marketplace integration

Kongchan’s ERP management system is designed for third-party sellers’ everyday operations and is independent of the advertising management business. Its product plan covers product records, inventory synchronization, order processing and fulfillment status, with intended Walmart Marketplace API integration after approval and seller authorization.

Which operations are planned?

Products: organize product records and listing workflows, submitting or updating authorized product information within actual platform API capabilities.

Inventory: synchronize stock information as agreed, reconcile updates and handle exceptions. Synchronization strategy depends on operating volume and platform limits.

Orders and fulfillment: read authorized orders, organize processing workflows and manage fulfillment status. Specific actions depend on approved endpoints and customer agreements.

How will store permissions be managed?

ERP requires separate seller authorization for the store and Marketplace permissions appropriate to the service. Advertising-account authorization does not grant access to products, orders or inventory.

Permissions and responsibilities for product changes, inventory writes and fulfillment must be defined separately. Before onboarding, specify which actions the software can perform and which need seller review.

Where fulfillment requires buyer or delivery information, processing must be limited to platform-approved access and business necessity, without unrelated marketing use.

What is the current integration status?

This is a product and integration plan, not a promise of a live ERP feature set. Production services require separate Marketplace approval, technical validation, customer authorization and a written agreement. This website does not claim Marketplace Solution Provider approval.

Does ERP include advertising management?

No. Advertising management is a separate business system intended to use Walmart Connect advertising APIs for campaigns and advertising reports. ERP Marketplace permissions do not replace advertising API permissions.

How can we discuss a project?

Email [email protected] with your operating needs and desired workflow. We can then discuss development scope, implementation, delivery and pricing, with a written agreement before service begins.
