This policy explains how Shenzhen Kongchan Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市空蝉科技有限公司, “Kongchan”, “we”) handles information from kongchan.net and business communications, and sets out the data-use boundaries for our planned seller software services.
1. Current website and service scope
This is an informational company website. It has no seller login, payment, account authorization or live Walmart API data collection. Advertising management and ERP management are separate business systems. Before either is activated for a customer, applicable service terms, specific data categories, processing arrangements and authorization details will be provided.
2. Information we process
Website hosting and network delivery services may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and security logs. If you email us, we process your email address, name, company details and the business information you provide. Do not email passwords, API keys or unnecessary buyer personal information.
3. Local preferences and network services
The browser stores language, appearance and analytics consent preferences (kc-language, kc-theme and kc-analytics-consent-v1). Browser language and local hour determine initial language and appearance without location permission. You can clear local records or change analytics consent in the footer. Cloudflare provides network delivery and security; Google Analytics loads only after your consent, as explained below.
4. Purposes and grounds for processing
We use information to deliver and protect this website, respond to inquiries, evaluate or carry out engagements and meet applicable obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it may include steps requested before a contract or contract performance, legitimate interests in website security and business communication, legal obligations, or consent where required.
5. Planned platform-data processing
The advertising system is intended to use advertiser-authorized accounts, campaigns, budgets, keywords, bids and advertising reports. The ERP system is intended to use separately seller-authorized product, inventory, order and fulfillment data. Any buyer or delivery information needed for orders must be limited to approved access and fulfillment needs. Advertising authorization does not confer ERP permissions, or vice versa. Actual processing depends on approved APIs and customer agreements; this website does not collect these datasets.
6. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information or seller business data or use it for unrelated targeted advertising. Hosting, network security and email providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet legal requirements or protect legitimate rights. We are based in China; network and email services may process information in other regions. Relevant providers, processing locations and applicable cross-border safeguards must be defined before customer systems are activated.
7. Retention, deletion and security
We retain information only as needed for its purpose, dispute resolution or applicable obligations. Service-specific retention and backup deletion will be defined in service agreements; revoked platform data is not to be retained indefinitely. This website uses HTTPS and holds no API credentials in its frontend. You can request deletion of business correspondence; we will explain any legally required retention. No internet transmission or storage method is absolutely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or exercise applicable rights to withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or obtain a copy of your data. We may verify your identity proportionately and respond within applicable statutory time limits. After a system is connected, customers can end further access through available platform revocation controls or by contacting us; instructions will be provided at onboarding. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RX1KX89GZT) to understand page visits, browsing environments and clicks on our business-email contact links. Basic consent is used: before a choice or after a decline, no Google analytics script loads and no measurement requests are sent to Google. After consent, Google may use _ga and _ga_* cookies and process browser, device, page and approximate-location information. This website sets analytics cookies to expire within 180 days and asks for consent again after 180 days. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, seller accounts, API keys or URL query parameters; the contact event records only the email contact method, not email content.
