Data & security
Trust starts with a clear account of what is in place. The following distinguishes this website’s current implementation from requirements for future business systems. It is not a claim of security certification or completed product audit.
1. This website today
The website serves static pages over HTTPS. It has no user accounts, payments, customer file uploads or seller authorization endpoints. The browser stores language, appearance and analytics consent preferences. Google Analytics and its measurement cookies load only after consent. Pages contain no Walmart API keys and do not directly call seller or advertising-account APIs. Cloudflare provides network delivery and security services.
2. Two systems, separate access boundaries
Advertising management is intended to access authorized advertising accounts, campaigns and reports. ERP is intended to access authorized products, inventory, orders and fulfillment. API eligibility, authorization and service agreements are handled separately. Authorizing one system does not authorize the other.
3. Requirements before a business system goes live
Before production services are activated, requirements include customer data and permission isolation; role-based access; supported secure transport; server-side credential and key management with restricted access; appropriate protection for stored data; records of critical access and changes; and backup, recovery, vulnerability-management and incident-response procedures. Specific measures and deployment status must be verified before customer onboarding; this page does not replace technical validation.
4. Minimization, revocation and deletion
Request only permissions needed for the agreed service. Any buyer personal information requires confirmed API approval and business necessity. Customers must be able to understand granted permissions and revoke further access through platform-supported controls or our support team. Post-termination retention, deletion and backup handling must be specified in service agreements.
5. Report a security concern
Email [email protected] with the subject “Security”, including a description, affected URL, discovery time and reproduction steps without sensitive data. Do not obtain others’ data, disrupt services or email API keys, passwords or buyer information. We will assess reports and coordinate a response. This website does not promise a fixed response time or bug bounty.
